Bruce Searby Testifies on Behalf of Praeveni Global before the U.S. International Trade Commission

GGI founder & CEO Bruce Searby testified on behalf of Praeveni Global, an NGO focused on combatting forced labor, before the U.S. International Trade Commission on April 28th. Praeveni Global publishes the Modern Slavery Prevention Index, which uses publicly accessible information to assess countries’ investment in combatting forced labor. Only two nations, the United States and Italy, have established robust import bans aimed at addressing forced labor in gloabl supply chains, and only one—the United States—publishes data on shipments detained under forced labor import bans.
